i've always got this wish to be in a grp that i can work well with. perhaps the fac or rather the school could give us a choice to choose our own teams, or just let us do the wadeva task individually. things just can't turn out great when i'm working in grps that i can't seem to work well with. some of the grp members do not have the initiative to work, they juz think of slacking, playing games and even jus msn-ing for the whole day, while the others slog...

often, there will be ppl whom we cannot work with in the group. some do not do their work properly, handing in works that are simple and mayb even half done. y can't they cooperate? y can't they help their team to do a good job? are they lazy? they jus wan to slack? or simply because they do not wan to do work?

others will simply talk n talk, but there are no work done by them, they jus talk n comment while the others are the ones really doing the work. it's alright to give ideas while the rest does the work, but the one talking gave no ideas but comment so much on what others contributed. it is very irritating to be commented so much by someone who does nothing.

there are lots of cases where we are not able to work with some ppl in the grps. most likely it's becoz of the lack of understanding. however, some do not put in effort and pride in their wrk. they were merely going for an 'A' in the particular module. whereas some others slack throughout the day leaving the presentation and research to be done by the other teammates. there might be reasons that the other members couldn't really communicate together, but what i think is that not just them alone, the problem lies with me too. it could have been better if i'm able to get them wrking in a team.

i guess we really need to clear all these problems inorder to return to the past where everyone are equally respected and treated. it is not nice to treat someone or get treated badly.

i dun understand y changes in ppl can be so drastic...ppl can change to become one who lives in the world of his/her own, they do not care at all, their surrounding and also the happenings around them. it is to the extent that they do not even bother how they are being treated...is it the same as before? more badly? or r they being treated better? or could it be that they are so into their personal world that they do not realise the changes? don't they feel anything amiss?


remember the times we had during the class bbq at pasir ris? wasn't that nice n pleasant?
