hey guys, we are only left with excatly 2 more mths before we are seperating into different classes (exactly 7 more problems for each module). i noe that some of you might be over the moon since there won't be any chances to work with someone you don't like anymore, or another possibility is that you guys might wants to work in a new environment. anyway, we are still seperating. we already had a chance not to seperate for semester 2. it's just a matter of time, isn't it?
well, i don't know how exactly you guys are feeling, however, i think that although we have been working in the same class for almost a year (i.e. 52 weeks or rather 10 months) we had not been performing our best in teams. and i ment everyone!
it could be the time limit and the miscommunications between team members due to the different personalities, but who could proudly sae that he/she has been doing research for the sake of his own and not for the grades or rather trying to proof that he could do better then the others? not a lot.. i guess. anyway, what do you get for fame? not everyone would ask me about vb even though i'm known to be the VB freak. it's your characteristic that counts.
i've always wanted to do a ppt for just 1 day, atleast, that the whole team would give their best trying to learn to the maximum and also helping 1 another. well, till now, i think my dreamz have yet been realised. however, i got the feel quite near to the 1 i hoped for. it was the particular day when i'm working together with evieon and siewling on the vb problem. it was "matrix", i remembered. we tried to help one another generate our ideas trying to solve that problem and after we solved it, tt feeling was GREAT! honestly speaking, i've never had this kind of feeling b4.. whole team craking the brains and depleting their brain juice together and then finally solved the problems together.. isn't that what we should be finding in life? the love, care and concern and so on? or issit the fame? the money? the useless façade that tells everybody how great are u?
you might be wondering why i'm toking about all this, what the fuss about? ok, let me ask you, do you wanna leave rp with nth gain? i don't know how much are u able to understand and remember how much you've studied in rp, but, i believe that the friendship you got from here, will nv be lost, unless you wants to..
what are YOU waiting for? Get into ur teams and spend a day for the different modules to discuss with ur team members how could you give the best presentation at the end of the day.

wad man...rubbish!!! at the state we r now, i feel that we got gain lor...den the teamwork was also very good lor...with many or less people, i think i can work well lor...n the team i m in also can work well lor...so does it mean that we r all good team workers?
i noe u can wrk well, but try to think, the evaluation u all really got go think what u evaluate or not? most of the time u like the person even if he/she nv do work u oso will give agree or strongly agree de lor.. and sometimes if u happy on tt day everybody will get SA liao lor, the fact is that, they did enugh work?
Hey sam, well written! i agree with wad u jus posted and like to tt that miscommunication and personal biasness cud have been causes of teams not being able to work as well as they should...sometimes, mutual understanding could help...but thing is...when people have personal biasness,it makes things so much more difficult to settle than it already is!therefore, i am totally against it.Also,it would be nice to have teammates support each other in times of bombardment,and not blame each other when a presentation goes wrong...it's just very unfair to the person. I really like what u brought up on "comment a lot, no action and irritating" in fact, i think it has become problem.
In the meantime, we should jus cherish the time we have together and hopefully leave some good memory of each other,not the bad ones...so,let's be even nicer to each other from tml onwards! ok...gtg liao...still got RJ to do!! ciAoz!=)
hey glend, 2 thumbs up for ur comments. i sincerely apoplogise to you for those unresonable bombarding i had posted to u in the last semester. i guess i'm not giving meaningless comments now-a-days anymore? i think our frenship has benn better. hmm..
i think i realised now is that, when we do things in a team, each team members must have came to angreement before puting the stuff into the slides. then why are team members blaming 1 and other for the wrong info? wasn't it agreed by the team that this shold be posted?
it wasn't tt particular person's fault i would sae. look, if anyone thinks that the other member has put the wrong information, shouldn't you be convincing him that it is wrong? atleast make the effort to find evidence to proof yourself right. i'm not venting my anger or anything, but do hope that such things wun happen in a team agian..
are we still going to have misunderstanding and leave the worst memory for each other? the choice is urs..

hey Sam! no prob with "bombarding". In fact, i nv considered it "bombarding".I actually felt that the qns were good! noe y? it shows tt u ve actually paid attention to spot out the flaws! bravo! LoL! i appreciate any questions that come. As a matter of fact,i really enjoyed all your questions,firstly because those were interesting questions and 2ndly, i could tell that they were not asked for the sake of asking.I would answer even if they were asked for the sake of asking, simply becuz facs do tt too! LoL =)
